When I have been importing data from 32 bit office into Sas 9.4 I had a drop down box that allowed me to choose PC File Server Excel from the IMPORT Wizard.  Not sure what happened on my system but that option is gone and I can only choose from csv, Tab Delimited, Delimited and JMP.

Does anyone know how to get the IMPORT options back?  I have reinstalled multiple times - nothing seems to be working.

Thank you

I do get the line in the log you list.  I haven't had to use the PC File server before so will need to locate documentation on configuring it.

Thanks

What user interface are you using? SAS Display Manager?  Enterprise Guide?  SAS/Studio?

When you reinstalled are you sure that Interface to PC files was installed?

You can run to check install status

proc product_status;
run;

If the log shows a line like :

For SAS/ACCESS Interface to PC Files ...

then it was installed and likely needs to be configured.
