Issue in Proc Metadata

Hi Guys,

I need your suggestion/Help in solving the below error:

We are using some kind of logic wchih will synchronize the users from AD and in SMC. When we are executing the logic we are receiving the below error.

Have you faced anytime this kind of issue. Please help.
