Is it possible to increase the page height of a report in Visual Analytics?

One of my users is building a report in which she wants to extend the height of the report to taller than the browser window. I was under the impression that a report is limited to the height of a browser window as it resizes to maintain the height and width of the screen. Is it possible to increase page height or page width? I assume that if it were possible, it would use scrollbars to navigate the extra height.

If you are using "SAS VA Designer" you can uncheck the "Fit to Screen" under Report Properties.
