I'm importing multiple files using a wild card to read all .txt files in a folder.

The data structure is the same but each file does have a header row.

I think there's a way to get SAS to ignore the first row of each file but I can't remember how and haven't found it via google.

firstobs=2 only works for the first dataset.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

You can use EOV to detect the "change to a new file" and just execute INPUT; to skip the line.
