Actually INFILE is not intended to work with spreadsheets. It is intended to read text files either fixed column, delimited, named input or some combination thereof.

 

If you want control over how data is read then export your worksheet (File > SaveAs) to a CSV file and use an infile statement pointing to that file to read.
