For example, i want to check that two excel files are identical. How would I check that? And also produce a separate table in excel or report on which rows are same and which rows are different(it belonged to this test2 excel file but it was not in the other test2 excel file)

I would import the Excel files sheet by sheet and then use PROC COMPARE to compare the SAS tables from each sheet.

You can only compare column names, column types and data values in SAS. You can't compare Excel formulas or macros.
