Importing data set

The data set I'm trying to import using SAS contains many non-English characters, are there any codes I can use so I can ignore those observations which contains characters other than English so that I can import the dataset successfully?屏幕快照 2019-12-07 下午4.16.08.png

Set guessingrows to max. The ERRORs come from trying to read strings as numeric.
