Implement SAS code in Oracle stored procedure

How we convert SAS code to stored procedure

Start with describing your logic in a platform-independent way. Then implement this logic in Oracle code.

Even when it is only a switch of SQL flavors, starting from scratch (coding-wise) will provide the better solution.

Once you have your logic described, I suggest to put this to a Oracle-oriented forum.
