ICD9 or ICD10

I know this is not a sas questions. But I know many of you have worked on ICD9 and ICD10. This is what I got from icd dataset  with SAS and I am not sure whether it is ICD9 or 10. I am told that is ICD9 but its structure is not ICD9.

I searched online and could not get any info about below codes. Any advice? Thanks.

You're right, it's not a SAS question.
Perhaps you should have posted Inte the Health Care forum.
Why don't you just do a quick text serch in each ICD table and see where you get matches?
