Like any AI software a lot depends on the quality and detail of the questions being asked. Asking a poorly-defined question is going to get you a poor answer. In the case of this forum, most questions require clarification, correction, or additional information. It appears many beginners have problems explaining their questions beyond basic things like correct syntax, what a particular statement does etc. Using AI software won't fix this, unless it learns how to tease out enough details to provide better answers.
Off-topic: Many users on this forum make the mistake of defining what solution they want to a problem but never describe what that problem or use case is. Often there is a far better way, and only by finding out what the actual use case is, do you get the best answer. AI is going to have to get a lot smarter to deal with these types of issues.
