A suggestion which costs nothing:

• Look up the Certifications on support.sas.com/certify
• Each Certification recommends a training course (Advanced = Prog3, SQL, Macro)
• Check out the agenda for those training courses are support.sas.com.
• Now you have a "shopping list" of what you need to know.

How you gain that knowledge is then up to you - training course, prep guide, third-party providers, or just do your own study with the online documentation at support.sas.com.

Plus go to communities.sas.com and download your own copy of SAS (Studio) so you can practice at home.
