I can not read the attached XML file

I have tried several methods and I am not having any luck reading the attached XML file. It contains some repeating(array) type record structures which may be the problem. Any ideas?? Thanks for the help.... Listed below are some sample records

Share what code you have tried, for more focused response/reply to your post. Also, maybe you can be more specific about which record type(s) are giving you some difficulty -- important to share code and maybe even some SAS log output (pasted in your reply)?

Listed below is my libname statment. The data fields prior to the Energy Price section come in OK. All fields after the Energy Price section come in blank. Thanks..

Hi:
This would be a question for Tech Support. I know that SAS and the XML Libname engine can CREATE Oracle-compliant XML -- for OUTPUT. But, with complex XML, even Oracle XML, you may need to still have an XML Map for INPUT -- to read an XML file into a SAS dataset.
