How use tnsnames in SAS Viya LTS 2024.09 when accessing Oracle data?

Hi experts,

SAS Viya LTS 2024.09 ships with an Oracle Client built into the SAS Viya deployment.

I want to setup a CASLIB or a LIBNAME which points to an Oracle DB and I would like to define a tnsname (in tnsnames.ora) to be used in the path= option but I am not sure how to accomplish this. I don't even know where the tnsnames.ora file is and whether I should edit it.
