Save your program as program04.sas in cert\programs before continuing with the next project

This is not something you would write in code; this is a matter of simply saving the code you have already created. Just like any other program, just as if you were doing this for Excel or Word, you use use File->Save, navigate to the desired folder, then give the file the desired name.
