How to work on multidimensional file rows n column

Please Help me with the below data.!! How can i work on multidimensional file with rows n column.?

Ex: Question: If I want to know which student class top on 7th class.?

Have you brought the data into SAS? I suspect not.

If Nilu and Saksham are names it is likely that for some forms of analysis or summary you will want to have the data in SAS such that it looks like

Class	Identity	Hindi	Eng	Total
1	Nilu	10	12	22
2	Nilu	9	13	22
3	Nilu	8	12	20

For thing like: If I want to know which student class top on 7th class.? You may need to explicitly point to a row(s) of data and tell us what the rule for "top" would be. For instance would you be defining top as the Hindi score, the Eng score or the Total score?
