Hi All,
Based on this page: http://support.sas.com/kb/49/727.html
it has this code:
proc sql;
insert into ds1(id, name, address, phone)
select id, name, address, phone
from ds2;
quit;
So I modified it to use my tables and columns..
proc sql;
INSERT INTO WORK.SQA_RESULTS(POLICY NUMBER, EVALUATEE_NAME)
SELECT POLICY_NUMBER, EVALUATEE_NAME FROM WORK.APPEND_DATA;
quit;
It is coming up with ERROR 78-322: Expecting a ','
Shows the affected code is on INSERT INTO line
I can't figure out why it wouldn't work?
I deleted the code and wrote it out again exactly the same and now it works!
No idea what the issue was.. however I am as happy as a lark 🙂
