How to read Unicode as String in SAS?

Can any one help me to read this kind of data.

Example:

I have a Desciption column and i have data like below, I want to read data as it as.

Please tell me how can I do.

Add the proper encoding= option in the infile statement. Note that you will need a DBCS (double-byte characters) SAS installed.
