I have a Form in Access and I need to create a SAS file from it. Any help. Thanks in advance.
SAS will not read an Access form, per se. It will read the underlying tables for the form so you can still get to all the data. For your version of SAS, read the "SAS/Access Companion for PC Files" for the gory details. Perhaps the easiest way to get to the Access tables is through the libname statement
LIBNAME mylib ACCESS '<directory for access database>\<database name>';
and that treats the Access tables as SAS datasets.
Note that this works for SAS for Windows; it is a good bit messier to do it for some of the other platforms.

Thanks Doc. I was affraid I was going to get this answer. I spent the last two days working on this with no luck. Thanks again.

You've piqued my curiosity. If you were to export your Access form(s) what would the file look like?
