Dear Brain trust,
is there any specific SAS procedure to obtain the distance between two canadian zip code?
I have a large dataset where I want to determine the distance between two distinct location.
Thanks!
They are called Postal Codes in Canada. Get them as a CSV from :
and then use function geodist() on the lat-longs to estimate the strait-line distances.
I can't look now but if you search the web for
Canadian postal code centroid
and then use function GEODIST() on that data
I expect you'll get the outcome you seek.
