I have already a temp.html file but I want to launch it at the end of the execution of code that produce temp.html.

You won't be able to do that. The SAS code runs in the virtual machine and has no access to your desktop (apart from the shared folder).

What do you mean by "launch"?

Are you using Studio, Enterprise Guide or Display Manager?
