How to label xaxis and yaxis gchart?

Dear Community

i am trying to label my axis but it doesnt seem to work.

I just cant find the mistake! Can anybody please help?

Instead of FREQUENCY it should say: "Number of unique drugs" and instead of year midpoint, it should only say "year"
