SAS Enterprise Guide editor or SAS Enhanced Editor?

You can get the line number by following these steps

If SAS Enterprise Guide editor:
Tool > Options > SAS Program > Editor option > General > Show line numbers

If SAS Enhanced Editor:
Tool ＞ Options > Enhanced Editor ＞ General > Show line numbers
