Hello,
Here are several interesting books in SAS Life Sciences area.
Many are for "SAS programming work within clinical trials".

You just need to bump into the right opportunity. Sometimes you need to have some luck.
But, in general, knowing SAS for dealing with clinical trials gives you a key-skill and a head-start.
Of course pharmaceutical companies and CRO's are hiring "juniors" but they hire experienced SAS-profiles as well (probably even more).
I'm talking for Belgium now, but I guess it's no different in your area.
[EDIT] : if no further satisfying answers by Monday morning I will move your topic to the
Solutions header > SAS Health > SAS Health and Life Sciences board!
Good luck,
Koen
message me if you want. I worked for one of the big CROs. there's no secret that I have to getting a job at a CRO. despite common career advice that applying online is not the best way, it's how I get all my jobs and interviews.
I sent you a message. Let's continue the conversation there.
