The data contains 4 groups of stains

1. FA_ALK (1)

2. Immunhistoochemistry stain(IHC)-26

2. In situ hyberdization stain(IHS)-5

4. Sequence Iron-hematein stain(SEQ)-47

How to use select statement in SAS and  compare between stains(FA_ALk, IHC, ISH, & SEQ) and within stains. For all stains, the value is 0 or 1.

Please see the attached variables for more informaion.

Thank you.

Code what? Read the data? Assign groups? Build a model without knowing what the type of result should be?

Please expand on what your are attempting to do.

And how does the title "How to crean an arrays in SAS" relate to what you have asked?
