2. In situ hyberdization stain(IHS)-5

4. Sequence Iron-hematein stain(SEQ)-47

 

How to use select statement in SAS and  compare between stains(FA_ALk, IHC, ISH, & SEQ) and within stains. For all stains, the value is 0 or 1.

Code what? Read the data? Assign groups? Build a model without knowing what the type of result should be?
