How to create a title page using tagsets.excelxp

I’m creating a report that have multiple tab using tagsets.Excelxp. However, I want the first page to be title page and the title to be in the middle of the page.

Does anyone knows how I could create a title page using tageset.excelxp.  or Have the title to be in the middle of the page while using tageset.excelxp.
