Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how to create a SQL Server stored procedure in SAS?

I've got some examples on how to execute the procedures. But I need to know how stored procedures can be created in SAS.

Thanks,

Sampath

You create SQL Server Stored processes using SQL Server.  SAS is not SQL Server.  All SAS provides is the functionality to send SQL code through to the database for parsing and get results back.

Your only chance is to do it in an EXECUTE block using an explicit SQL pass through connection. No idea if this connection support this though.
