How to convert date9. to iso8601 format ?

Hi,

i want to convert below date and time to ISO8601 format

EXSTTM	EXSTDT
09:10	10-NOV-2015
09:20	16-NOV-2015
10:00	30-NOV-2015
.	12-DEC-2016

  EXSTTM : in cahrcter format $%

EXSTDT: IN DATE11. format

Want to below format

VARIABLE

10-11-2015T09:00

16-11-2015T09:20

30-11-2015T10:00

12-11-2016

Note that the ISO 8601 standard always has yyyy-mm-dd, never dd-mm-yyyy in dates.

And there is no option to display SAS datetime values without seconds when using an e8601 format, AFAIK.
