WARNING: Fewer than three node values for at least one observation in HILOC interpolation. Mean value used for tick placement.

 

You need three values at each x-axis position in order to use HILOC interpolation.

 

So, to turn off the warnings, you need more data (specifically, three or more data points) at each x-axis value.
