How to Fit a Line

Hello,

Please see the test.jmp file in attachment.

I want to fit a line on this data. Essentially I have 5 obsevrations for 5 inputs.

Imputs are in column 1 and the 5 observations are in column 2 to 6.

Can some one please tell me how I can draw an XY line using the entire data.

Also I want to know the CIs at every level.

When I try to do a bivariate analysis, I get 5 differnet plots ?
