I want to calculate Hedges'g 95% CI by Treatments (Treatment_1, Treatment_2 and Treatment_Total). my key variable is %change from baseline. 

It will be highly appreciated if you can share SAS code and explain a bit.

Data?

 

The Hedge's g statistic expresses the difference of the means in units of the pooled standard deviation. Which means that the variation of the "baseline" value will need to be available as well.
