How do we find the topics specific to the SAS Base Programming syllabus?

Are there any specific textbooks of SAS with the exact topics listed in the syllabus? Thank you.

The SAS Certification guide is a good resource but paid. It's worth it in my opinion.

And last but not least, there's the free SAS Programming 1 course, from SAS Institute or on Coursera.
