You have two separate problems.
1) Getting something (anything) out sharepoint.
2) Knowing whether the data in the Excel files generated by Tableau are readable.
To answer the second one try manually moving one of the Excel files to a place where SAS can access it and see whether PROC IMPORT or the XLSX libname engine can read the data out of it.
Many resources about accessing sharepoint from SAS, for example: https://support.sas.com/kb/42/054.html
@ChrisNZ has given you an answer for #1.
For #2, csv files are to be preferred, as you can avoid PROC IMPORT and use a properly written DATA step instead.
Tableau can also export to csv, which is a much better transport medium than Excel files, by orders of magnitude.
