How can independent learners access the software to learn SAS VIYA?

Hi:
At the present time the only SAS Viya platform available on our system for practicing is the Virtual Lab access provided with our paid training and the SAS Viya for Learners access, which is only available to Academic users on our system. Other platforms, such as Coursera allow non-academic users to take SAS Viya training and access a Viya platform, but the Coursera training is paid training and not free.
