Are there any options which allow the Git Enterprise License for an On-Premise Installation to work with SAS EG and/or SAS Studio?

Assuming that the Git server is on premise and inside your firewall, or at least reachable by SAS EG or your SAS session (SAS Studio), then the set up is just the same as using GitHub or GitLab or BitBucket. You can use SSH or HTTPS to connect. See How to connect SAS to your Git profile
