Hello everyone:

I have a dataset with hierarchically clustered data, meaning repeated measures per patient within repeated hospitals. I am trying to adjust for both levels in my model. I am thinking of using a proc glimmix for my binary outcome. As I unable to use the repeated statement, would this code adjust for my repeated measures per patient in addition to the correlation within hospitals?

proc glimmix data= data1;
class hospital ender outcome patient_ID;
model outcome= gender/dist=binary link=logit ddfm=bw solution;
random hospital/ subject=patient_ID ;
run;

thanks,
