Help: ERROR: DBMS type EXCEL not valid for import.

Below is the proc export statement:
Proc export data=myworkbook

outfile="&output.\&File_Name..XLSX"

dbms=Excel replace;

sheet='mysheet1';

I'm getting this Error:  my workbook.DATA does not exist.

Need help??
