Open a new file, write a LIBNAME statement to create a library named PG1 that reads SAS tables in the data folder. Here is an example of the code:

libname pgl base s:/workshop/data;

It says "you will need to change the path to the path of YOUR data folder". so here is what I have:

libname pg1 base "/Files/PG1/data";

Then it tells me that "Library PG1 does not exist", can anyone tell me what the right path is (The data needed is in the PG1 folder)?Server Files and Folders . wfic-sas-comput ► Folder Shortcuts - Files (Home) activities A A A A A data demos EPG194 output PG

I'm using SAS University Edition and I'm using Macbook.

1. I don't use UE but maybe

libname pg1 base "~/Files/PG1/data";

works?

>  The data needed is in the PG1 folder

Why do you point to the data folder then?
