According to the code that KSharp, FriedEgg and I wrote and presented at last year's SGF (see: http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings12/040-2012.pdf). Chinese New Year isn't until this Sunday, February 10th, 2013.

Regardless, to all of our colleagues who celebrate the holiday, my advanced wishes for a Happy New Year as well.

Your code is correct. Beijing is 13 hours ahead of us. Ksharp's New Year is on our Saturday.
