HELP!!! I HAVE PROBLEM TO GENERATE CUBES OLAP IN SAS CPM

I use SAS Cost and Profitability Management 8.4, when I try to generate Cubes OLAP it Show me the following error.

I have already reinstalled the entire system and before it did not show me the error

The SAS product you are using is very specialist so I suspect opening a Tech Support track is your best option here.
