getting error: ERROR: CLI execute error: Operation canceled : ERROR: External Table : count of bad input rows reached maxerrors limit but I don't see any notifications above shows or printing any bad records or type mismatches in the logs. Please advise me of the possible reasons.

I was able to get a closer look and found the faulty records

That's an error coming from the external database that you are querying from SAS, not one from SAS processing. It would help if you posted the complete SAS log of your query including notes and errors. Without knowing what you are actually doing it's hard to offer more useful advice.
