Do you want to transfer data from SAS to Excel or from Excel to SAS?

To connect to SAS data from Excel, use the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office.

The add-in is part of your SAS Software Order (from which your SAS admin created the SAS Depot that was used to install SAS).
If you have the necessary products licensed, you can find it in the SAS Depot and use the SAS Software Deployment Wizard to install it.
You need to have Administrator privileges/permissions on your desktop, as it is a software install, so you might need your IT people to do it.
