Hi programmers,

I am a novice in SAS and I scheduled my SAS base exam on 10/6(Sunday) afternoon. I had an emergency and I wouldn't be able to take the exam, so I wanted to reschedule the exam last night (Friday night). However, it says I have a "Waiver of Automation Tools" so I can't reschedule or cancel my exam and I need to call customer services. Pearson Vue doesn't even have customer services on weekends.

I tried to email them but it takes 3-4 days to get a response. I checked again just now and I still can't do anything (it's still 24 hours prior to the exam time).

Did anyone meet a similar situation? Is it possible for me to get a refund if I call them on Monday (but it will be after my exam then)?

Hi there,

Pretty sure this is not the good sub-forum to post this.

You probably have better answers here :
