Extract tables

HI Every, Need your help. I have data as show below

 from univ. abcd a

left join univ.text  b on a.x=b.x left join earth.euro

I need to pull list of all schemas and table names in that data. Reason for this they are shifting our data bases want to know the impact of tables list. Could some one help me how to achieve this

output:

univ.abcd

univ.text earth.euro
