Extract sentence after a specific word in a string

Good Evening, I'm trying to extract the sentence from a specific text in a string. For example: the table below has the common word "Retail" and i would like to extract all the values from Retail. Please assist. Thank you in advance.

Input:

TEST DATA Retail-Drug name dosage and strength

HELLO DATA Retail Store closes at 8pm

WELCOME DATA Retail this is the data we needed

Good night DATA Retail Store opens at 9AM

Expected Output:

The FINDW function returns the position where a word is first found, which you can then use in SUBSTR.
