Exporting to Excel and data changes to dates

I am using ODS to export to excel but after I export and open my file, some of my codes are dates.

For example, I have a code 11-2021, and it turns to Nov-2021.  I don't want dates, I want my code to stay the same.  How do I make it NOT turn to a date.

Can you use tagattr something like this

style data_Text   from data      /  just=center tagattr='format:Text';

Maybe not centered
