Hi Any one know the formula exact Binomial CI formula from Proc freq, if dataset only has No count.

I assume your statistic is the binomial proportion and you want a CI for that parameter. The documentation for PROC FREQ provides formulas for the exact (Clopper-Pearson) CI for the proportion.
