Error

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?  This is the error message I am getting 
that is killing my time- "ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization 
level for library".The error pops up whenever I tried to upload/create a data 
set  using lib name result.output or read data set using  cert.input. This is in reference to A00-231 .

You do not have write permission on the directory specified by the library reference. If you need to write there, have that permission granted by the server administrator(s).
