Hi ,

I am trying to append data from a SAS table to an external postgres table using the append procedure.

However while running the proc, I am getting the error "ERROR: CLI execute error: Error: invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8": 0xe2 0x2c 0x55"

Any idea how I can resolve this error?

Thanks and Regards,

Mohammad Umair Kazi

My first guess would be that you try to ingest UTF8 data in a non UTF8 DB.

Check your database what encoding it uses (and compare with your SAS encoding).

Data never sleeps
