Email Working in SAS Studio University Edition but not in Base SAS

When I try to send an email in Base SAS I get some error that no default email etc. but when I try to run the same code in my SAS University Edition it was able to execute and send successfully. I tried to compare the configuration using proc options but there was no difference.

filename sendmail email ("myemail@email.com") subject="Testing";

data _null_; 
	file sendmail;
	put "Testing";
run; 

Greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve and enable sending email thru Base SAS. My email account runs on a office365 subscription if that helps in anyway.

Apparently, the cfg file in UE already contains the necessary settings.
