I am getting this error while using a PROC SQL statement, I know how to use (datalimit=ALL) statement in a Data step but how can I tackle this problem in a PROC SQL statement?

Have you looked at the READTRANSFERSIZE= LIBNAME Option?

Also, isn't still FedSQL preferred over PROC SQL when working with CAS? Perhaps you want to look into that...
